1. Practice schedule this week!
All athletes in Pre-Senior, Senior and if you swim in lane 1 or 2 of the Junior Group can go to West Orange Monday through Wednesday
from 5:00-7:00 PM or at the Y at your practice below.
All other practices are at the Y
All groups will be off on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6/26-28
Intro/Novice/Prep Tuesday and Thursday 645-730 PM
Juniors/Gold Monday through Thursday 5:30-6:45 PM
Presenior/Senior Monday through Thursday 7-845 PM
News 6/19
1. Summer schedule at the Y starts next week and because many schools dont get out until the 24th or the 25th we got
caught in a bind because we do not start am practice until most schools are out. Next weeks swim schedule will be adjusted
for all, but in the meantime all athltetes should try to take advantage of the weekend schedule this weekend which has
been adjusted to add Saturday practices back in.

(6/20) is as follows:
Senior/Pre-Senior - 9-11:15 am
Junior/Gold - 1- 2:45 pm
Intro/Novice/Prep - 2:45 to 4 pm

1. There is no West Orange practice today - Normally we would swim in the rain, but the pool temperature has dropped
too low.

1. Seniors and Pre-Seniors and the top 2 Lanes in Junior can attend West Orange Practice on Wednesday June 17th and Thursday
June 18th from 5-7 this week.

4. The Open Water Swim in Avon that the team has been attending the past few years has been added to the meet schedule
- the form needs to be filled out and returned to Jon by July 1 to be entered with the team entry.
5. All Officials and Coaches:
I just wanted to thank all coaches, and all of your officials that
helped out
this past weekend at the YMCA Long Course Cup
Championships. We had a tremendous turnout and besides a little weather
glitch of Saturday the meet ran extremely well. Please thank all of your parent volunteers for

3. We have added a meet to our schedule on 7/1 for any athletes within 1 second per 50 of a National or Zone time.

1. Reminder today is Jon's last day through June 1.
2. Records and Recognition page has been updated and should be current as of the end of the SC season. If you find any
new omissions please e-mail Jon. Also a new club called the IM Great club has been added. All time SC top 10 has been corrected
and LC all time top 10 is in development from 2000 to current.

1. THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICES ON MEMORIAL DAY!
2. Meet info for MYM Summer Challenge has been posted to our website along with volunteer info - MYM needs to provide
about 16 volunteers for this meet to work the whole session.
3. According to the FINA website - unless Sharkey and Jon are missing something - the Blueseventy, Extera and Renegade
bathing suits have been banned. If you did purchase one of them, be prepared that you will not be able to use it very soon.
